Community Living Services & Opportunities:
Direct Support Professional - Requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent and a Valid NYS Driver's License. Full time, Part Time and Relief available.
Residential Management - Experience with our population a must. Knowledge of OPWDD Regulations a plus. BA preferred. Full time position.
Registered Nurse - Registered Professional Nurse with a minimum of 2 years acute care experience. Experience in the filed preferred and must have proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Applied Behavior Specialist- Masters Degree in Psychology required; experience with the differently abled population a plus.
Behavioral Health

Community Residence Management - Experience with our population a must. Knowledge of OMH Regulations a plus. BA a must. Full time position.
PROSRecovery Coach- Full time 37.5 hours a week. Must be a LMSW/LCSW and have 2 years experience with the population.
PROS Asssitant Director~ Must be a LMSW/LCSW and have a minimum of 5 years experience with the population.
Family Wellness Center (Hauppauge)
Dental Assistant~ Part time position working in our dental clinic
Day Services
Habilitation Specialist Assistant - Requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent and a valid NYS Driver's License. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Community Habilitiation
Medicaid Service Coordiantor-Full time flexible schedule.Abachelors degree required in Human Services field with at least 2 years of experienceof working with the differently abled population.
Community Habilitiation Specialist - Experience with population a plus. Valid NYS Drivers License a must. Willingness to utilize your personnel vehicle a must.
At Home Respite DSP - Requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent and a valid NYS Drivers license. Part Time and Relief available.
