16-year old Prince Michael is the first Jackson family member to give live testimony in the trial of a wrongful death/negligence suit that his grandmother filed against AEG Live, the promoters of the planned comeback concert series for which his pop star father Michael was rehearsing around the time of his death.
During his testimony on Wednesday (June 26), Prince narrated as numerous photos of himself and his siblings were shown to the jury, some depicting the children at a very young age.
Along with the photographs, family videos have been entered into evidence, some taken by Michael Jackson himself, as he films his children and asks them what they want to be when the grow up.
Katherine Jackson filed the suit in September 2010 on behalf of herself and her late son's children, alleging that "This Is It'' tour promoter AEG Live hired Dr. Conrad Murray to care for the singer and failed to supervise him properly.
