Rough Cut Film Review casts its eye over the extremely impressive but crucially limited film that's not going to win over those who love Michael Bay films but for people that enjoy an excellent film with one disappointing element will do well with this one. Christophe Ganz won best supporting male actor at the Oscars over Phillip Seymour Hoffman is very strange indeed.

Returning from Navy service in World War II, Freddie Quell drifts through a series of PTSD-driven breakdowns. Finally he stumbles upon a cult which engages in exercises to clear emotions and he becomes deeply involved with them.
