A five-year-old boy dangling by his head from a four storey residential building was rescued by firefighters on Tuesday (July 9), state media reported.
The child became trapped after falling through the security bars of a window, local media reported.
An unidentified man used a ladder to climb onto the window grate one storey below and propped the boy up with his shoulder.
Firefighters sliced through an iron bar with a saw, and pulled the boy up to safety.
It's not clear how the boy got stuck.
