Preheat your oven at about 350 degrees, and give it a few minutes. while its preheating, open the pumpkin and remove the seeds. put on a significant little layer of butter spread across the whole pan/sheet, then put the pumpkin seeds on and level them out. afterwards, add the amount of salt and sugar desired, i find that a thin bit of salt and a large amount of sugar serves well, usually more than you would expect, dont be shy. let it cook and wait roughly 20-30 minutes, then voila, you have yourself some pwnstar pumpkin seeds!
