Scot Haney's colleague thought it was gross that he picked up something off the floor of their TV studio and ate it because it was "way beyond the three-second rule".
But if only she - and more importantly, he - had known exactly how gross it was.
Because, yes: poor old Scot of WFSB in Connecticut had not, as he thought, wolfed down a few Grape-Nuts. Oh, no. He'd actually eaten his own cat's vomit off the bottom of his shoe.
