Graduate student Amy Jensen (MFA '10) produced this compelling 15 minute video of the history and essence of the Ashley Schiff Park Preserve located on the Stony Brook University Campus, Long Island NY. The Preserve is dedicated to the memory of Professor Ashley Schiff, who in 1969 suddenly died in his 30's, leaving behind a generation of devoted students and his young family. The Park continues to play an essential role both as an ecological preserve and a place of great beauty and solitude in a very busy and developed campus.
