McCarthy : Aaron Rodgers 'not ruled out for Sunday'

Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Tuesday that quarterback Matt Flynn will get the starter reps Wednesday, but that won't stop Aaron Rodgers from starting Sunday if Rodgers is medically cleared.
