I use a closet in our second bedroom to store all of our items that we need infrequently such as winter jackets, formal gowns, and seasonal decor. We also utilized a shelving unit and a 3 drawer unit to act as our "garage" These two units hold all of our painting supplies as well as tools. Without the added shelving and drawer unit we would not be maximizing our space adequately as the closet itself is quite deep and tall and only contained one shelf. with the additional units we increased our vertical storage space.
