Lost Valley Redoubt has the wall which has the word of power on it outside. There are Hagraven that hang around the place together with some forsworn who are doing some kind of ritaul with them. It is fairly easy to kill all the people there, just be careful of the Hagraven because they are fairly powerful magicians.
