Afghanistan's health system has come under fire from the aid agency Medecins Sans Frontiers, or Doctors Without Borders. A year-long survey by the group found that 1 in 5 people had a family member who died because they couldn't get access to a health facility. Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Kabul.
