So, this is quick(ish) guide for info on Wisp, wisp is a hero I dont really play and dont tend to see played often, mainly because his skillcap is fairly high and it takes a lot of team coordination to use him effectively. Either way, I get how he is played pretty well as its fairly simplistic of a concept, just putting it into action is pretty hard :P
