What happened to us?
We used to be so close
Nothing was to tear us apart
We always said we’d be best friends FOREVER
Well I guess forever came sooner than I thought
I never did anything to hurt you
And if I did well I’m sorry
You told me you weren’t mad
And still wanted to be friends
Well I guess your definition is different than mine
Life is too short for you to act this way
People get taken away too soon
And people regret things that they did
Personally I have said my peace with you
But if I were to die tomorrow…
Would you care?
Would you cry?
Would you come to my funeral?
What would you say?
How would you feel?
Ashamed that you acted immature about everything
Happy because you wouldn’t have to see me ever again
Regretful because you never got to apologize
How can you just throwaway
A friendship like ours?
Laughing until our sides hurts
And the tears rolled down our cheeks
I guess I thought you were better than this
But if this is how you really are
Then I don’t want anything to do with you
Because I deserve people who treat me better
