Lord you were right, tomorrow was alright
although it's only evening time the sun still feels so bright
You told me to hang on and you taught me to feel free
I didn't believe you then but now I really see
The evening is so glorious, the sun faded to cool
So hot lazy afternoons can melt into lazy pool
I saw my friends I now feel loved
It is all now okay
I love it, so it's beautiful
life is filling me with hope forever more.
How am I feeling so hopeful when yesterday was so bleak...
