Darker and darker of life's emptiness.
Quickly and slowly all drains all till it's less.
Sharper and sharper and deeper it cuts.
Life is no longer a great bowl of cherries,
It's cold and lonely and quite so scary.
Failure and emptiness does extend,
Til finally and gratefully tis truly the end!
