her 'i love yous' seem so empty to me
like a window which thru my eyes can see
i know she means well but its not from her heart
everytime i talk to her we grow slowly slowly apart
these tears from my eyes are not tears of joy
she toys with my heart as she flirts with other boys
i try not to let it get to me but it always does
im nothing more than a friend to her i always was
