I never truly loved you
I never actually cared
You never meant anything
You simply were always there
I didn’t care that you were dying
In fact I’m happy that your gone
I faked the smiles and the tears
Every laugh, and angry fit
Meant absolutely nothing
The kisses and hugs
I’d love to forget
Saying you were the only one
Was a lie, I never loved you
When I’d cuddle up to you
That was simply an act
Now the truth be told
That’s all a lie
It’s just easier to lie
Than feel my heart ache
I miss you
