Tonight I’m in my bedroom
with my beloved Miss Ashley;
The defender of my heart,
the occupant of my mind,
and the recipient of my love.
Her beauty cannot be defined,
as description would be demeaning.
Scented candles ignite our passion,
filling the zealous room,
with their aroma of love.
We interlock our supple fingers
and analyze each other’s eyes.
Her ocean blue eyes
surmount my pulsating heart
with their gentle tides
of guilelessness and elegance.
We sing throughout the night;
Our sweet harmonious chorus
of hackneyed love lyrics
has never sounded so beautiful.
My arms serve as her haven,
sheltering her delicate spirit,
from the tempest of loneliness.
Her blushful cheek,
ever so mellow,
gently cushions mine
as I discover my celestial bliss.
Her velvet murmurs
blanket my right ear
and provide me
with a frisson of ardor.
We share an ardent kiss
that even Cupid would baffle at;
My lips cradle hers
as I caress her magnetic face
with my securing hand.
I sweep my loving fingers
through her gorgeous tussled hair
before she gently claims my hand.
