Put in the necessary time
To expand
Puff it up
With all the good stuff
Take a deep breath
Lean into it
Essence
Of our spiritual life
Don’t let in those demons
Always showing up
We are the masters of our fate
So much we can’t control
True as that might be
In our mind we are always in total control
Only if we can only see how easy it could all be
