In a place where we are face to face
An open heart and open hand
The truth lies within my eyes
I think this could be quite grand
I dream of a day that we'll stand
forever hand in hand
Give me a chance and save the last dance
I'm waiting to see your open hand
For now I'll sit in my room that's moonlit
If you think you can understand
Then show me you can just take a stand
and give me your hand
There is nothing like this just wonder and bliss
So please help me come back to land
Through out the night hold me tight
Then together could just stand
With our feet in the cold wet sand
you and me hand in hand
Yet if I should stray or go far away
Just rememeber the feeling of my little hand
So when we meet again remember to greet
Me with your gentle open hand
Then together we will finally stand
forever hand in hand
