I remember the better days
When my Mom was around.
I miss her and wish we could have
Shared more of our lives together,
Though I can still feel her near
When I need to talk,
Need some advice,
Or just a cup of cheer.
Guess the heart is always connected
Even when they’re no longer here,
So I’m sending her these flowers
With a great big hug from afar,
Knowing she’s there in heaven
Having a great day among the stars.
