Fifteen years ago I was born.
On March 31,1999.
Before I knew of the impurities of the world in which I was born.
When I only saw the rose and not the thorn.
I knew not of pain or darkness.
Naive as can be.
Everything was bright and new and shiny to me.
The years have passed harsh and quick.
Oh, how could this be?
Older is me.
The fast clock's ticks.
Only fifteen years, I know.
You say, 'What could you possibly know, child? '
If my memories I could show,
You'd say, 'You're experiences are quite wild! '
Yes, I know.
Oh, I know.
Nightmares and dreams.
Never to be seen,
For fifteen years straight.
Enough of me.
Though today is my day.
Let's discuss you,
At fifteen years of age.
