They say they love you.
They say they care.
There always going to be there.
You fight, you argue.
You yell, you scream.
Oh how you wish it was all a dream.
You can't wait till you turn eighteen.
They want whats best for you.
Or so they say.
They say its for your own good.
But in your mind they misunderstood.
Through all the fights, all the screams.
Its not just a dream.
You take the good with the bad.
The happy with the sad.
When it comes down to it.
They do love you.
They do care.
Otherwise you wouldn't be here.
