The day you came into my life
I knew that everything would be alright
You welcomed me with open arms
As if you knew I was about to give in
You made me laugh when I was sad
You made me clam when I angry
You made me strong when I was weak
You made me believe in myself
When I could not see straight
You stayed up and listed to me
When all I did was moan
You were like a best friend to me
Now I’m gone there’s no turning back
That smile of yours is stuck in my head
With that spark in your eyes
