Lord if i had wings,
I would soar high, even more high,
Till i reach you, till i find you.
You knew i would,
I certainly would, leave this world of mine,
To be with you.
As always,
You saw me through, planned it right,
And did it right.
Left no choice for me,
Gave no wings to fly, not a chance to try,
But a heart to seek, and an urge to find.
So incomplete, as i am,
Without you, my father,
Let me cry and shed my tears,
To be with you every moment.
Abba, i need you, everyday,
In every breath i take, i feel you,
Things i do, i do for you,
And in spirit i sing for you.
Take not from me, thy blessings,
Hold me close, to your heart,
Don't let me loose, and let me fail
Then my lips shall bear and a smile of truth.
