For today's recipe I share another way to make homemade ice cream without the need for a machine. This version, unlike the other ice cream recipe I shared, is NOT cool whip based and only requires 3 ingredients. With these 3 ingredients you can create a wonderful vanilla ice cream base in which you can add all types of extras, my choice for today, chocolate chips. Yum!
