Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the U.S. which will take place in September, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is in India for three days to strike a strategic dialogue with his Indian Counterpart. While trade and defence will be the key issues discussed, what remains to be seen is if tricky issues like Gadkari snooping will be raised.
