This is the 1st time you see the New WWF Title and Raw has a new look and intro. The new is look and intro is good but Flair says how this Raw will be better than before. Its actually the opposite. If the Attitude wasn't dead already, this confirmed it.
January 2002 till after Mania was good as any of the last few years but just watch how poor it goes after the split of the brands.
