The United States continues seeking support for its campaign to obtain support for its airstrikes against Islamic State positions within Syria. US Secretary of State John Kerry is scheduled to meet today with Egyptian president Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and Arab League head Nabil Elaraby in an attempt to forge a coalition against the IS.
