Paul Marton dela Cruz redeemed himself from an unfortunate incident in team play and won the country’s first-ever medal in archery in the Asian Games Saturday. Dela Cruz, 28, edged Malaysian Zaki Bin Mahazan, 140-139, to win the bronze in the men’s compound individual event. The win brought to four – two silvers and two bronzes -- the number of medals won by the Philippines halfway through the Games.
