The RYSE Center leads with the heart! While it offers many of the standard urban youth center programs, the RYSE center also takes a holistic approach—providing teens and young adults in Richmond everything from a safe place to do homework, to trauma-based counseling services. In between—they offer an urban garden, meals for kids who need one, and creative programs in spoken word, video and music production, and dramatic arts.
