A day after Shiv Sena emergeed as the runner up party...it has expressed concern over the uncertainty that prevails in Maharashtra. In its editorial mouthpiece, Saamna, Shiv Sena says that Maharashtra has not given a clear mandate to anyone and it is sad that Maharashtra faces uncertainty over the government formation once again.
