Silky cloth upon the ground
On which I lay in ecstasy
A field of flowers all around
Welcoming spring with jubilee
A sky of blue overhead
The sun a golden comfort
Dove- white clouds a wispy thread
A quilt of patterns, every sort
As if in a dream on this spring day
My soul is in a far off land
I feel I could leap up, and fly away
Just because of the book I hold in my hand
Surrounded by springs beauty, fresh and new
I live in a world of fantasy, its secrets unknown to you.
