'Sarah! ' i gasped,
and my heart gave a leap
for the girl i hadn't seen in a few delicate years
we hugged, with a smile that told of things
secret and sweet
and lovely and quiet
'Please never leave' was all i said
but then...
i awoke and then,
my heart broke, and
fell from the leap that was happy and springy
the reunion that will always be there,
always...
