My lord, My father
I call to you
I need your help
I dont know what to do
My father is marrying another
but it feels wrong
as its not my mother.
I want him to be happy
I want his love to be true
But my lord i beg of you
something feels wrong
but what i cant discover
why does it feel wrong?
is it because its not my mother?
it feels wrong to attend
but for my dad do i pretend
that im happy and proud
do i shout cheers aloud
to make him happy
or do i lie to myself
smile, be fake by his side.
while he kisses his new bride
