Covered in scales from chest to thigh
Her ebony wings let her fly
Snakes for hair and a belt of beasts
That caused a roar that never ceased
Tartarus guardian released
Zeus ended her eternal feast
Prisoners needed in the least
To overthrow the titan priest
Ones held captive no longer cry
