in fact it's bad for us all;
seeing yourself crippled inside
not knowing how to say what's deep inside
You swallowed your pride
yet you lost your friends;
it's to yourself that you lied
they are gone, you can't pretend
It happens to most of us
it's bad news knowing you lost someone's trust;
we must work things out, indeed we must
put yourself away from all the fuzz
Yes, sitting along is bad for the soul
inside in each one, it could lead to one's fall;
yet we must remember after all
we still must stand tall
