I love you, mom, no matter how bad things may be
because no matter what happens
you'll always be the perfect mother to me.
I love the way I can just talk to you
about guys, school, or when I have a problem, what I should do?
Whenever you're sad- I feel sad, too
but I guess that's natural... since I'm half of you.
I wish I could take all your pain and put it in me,
just so you can be happy like you deserve to be.
Things may not be the way you want them to be,
but you're so strong, you'll get through it, you'll see, but
for all those nights you didn't sleep, and days that wouldn't end.I thank you for being my Mother, and best friend. For all the obstacles, you've helped me overcome, I thank you for 12 years of happiness, and being a loving Mom. For all that you've given me, and taken from yourself, Having you as my Mother, I have all of the world's wealth. For all the times you took care of me, and put your own problems on hold. I thank you for being my Mother, you have a heart of gold. For all the good things you've done for me, and things you continue to do. I thank you for being my Mother, there's no one who can compare to you.
