Within a woods dark glade, the sun had ventured,
And birds warbled with joy, this sight to see.
The shadows gradually fled, as it adventured,
Between the leaves, a homeland for a destiny.
Wakefulness, had arrived, silence was broken
By birdsong amplified from branches tall,
And as if the diverse foliages around had woken,
Had draped the scene resplendent, before the fall.
What a great variety there was of greens and blues,
Reflected by sunbeams, enriching this radiant plot,
A beauty to touch the soul, such clear variant hues,
Became a tapestry so rich, in this most wondrous spot.
