Here is the first big chinmaya night
Students perform with all their might
Drama dancing all is there
Singing also takes its share
Sit back and eat a big bun
While enjoying all the fun
When the actors get confused
And we do not get amused
When we stand and stare with fright
Ma...am, do guide us with your light.
(After many many years we had a school night, where I recited this poem.)
