Now I kneel me down to pray
Lord make this feeling go away
Don’t let my poor heart turn to clay
Please don’t let me hate this way
I’ve never felt like this before
I can’t love him anymore
Cold as ice I’ve shut the door
I just can’t take it, furthermore
Give me the strength to rise above
And the courage to forgive
Grace me with just enough love
To pray for him long as I live
