Surprise Me!

Tailor Bell - Middle Sea

2014-11-07 2 Dailymotion

Intimate details escape my memory
So at meetings I invent in-between bits for effect
Confabulation I suspect the living beneath my feet
Whenever a storm arises, there always
Comes a moment of destructive desire
Super ego courting purity
Letting light strike where offerings linger
Great stone rooms satisfying imagination
Great stone men, a-holes in self-cognito
Mirror betrayers, rule benders, curb jumpers,
Devoid of limits, standing on painted lines,
They look around astonished, almost
Completely out of touch, adrift in cliche
Adrift among prattle oceans, buoys within living tides
Most of the time I am working, overall
I know I could love you even
From the middle
