Putholi Arumugham - A day with my soulmate

2014-11-07 11 Dailymotion

On the lonely cliffs of Clais
In our wooden home, sitting on the cane chair,
where the full moon in blaze
comes to our window for a stare.
you sing a song in a low voice - slowly
as i play the harp in your hair.

Roaring waves calls in the southern breeze
to get in between us, in shear jealous.
Getting defeated in finding a space
its makes ur hair a complete mess.
It rushes back happy about the ruin
unaware that it gave my fingers a boon

Around the room watching this
are all the books that nurtured us.
But still you sing like a lark
and except you, my world goes dark.
Flowers of night and angels envy
so they requests sun to come by.

Brighter and hotter comes in the sun
But it seemed like a firefly before
the live valcano of our passion.
Our breath became poems and
so did our sweat - Love, love
and love was all that they said.

Days, Years and centuries did pass
still we lay there in each others warm arms.
Moon became stone and Sun a black hole
but none was able to unwind our souls.
Then we slowly start waning
and this world doing all the learning.

'They were the greatest lovers
and will live ever, even after this universe'
