I explained to Daniel
my two year old son
how to integrate a function
between nought and infinity
to find the area enclosed.
He seemed unsure so
I drew him a graph
and he immediately
coloured it in with a laugh.
I thanked him
for demonstrating
his ability for understanding
and was content
that it was the same
or perhaps, even better than mine.
