Where's he gone now, mom? - Don't ask me.
The last I knew - he was having his tea.
Where's he gone now, mom? - in his room I guess.
On his computer... or just making a mess.
His music's so loud, I hardly can hear,
You know - I'm sure he's deaf in one ear.
He spends hours on the phone, or down at the gym,
Have you seen lately, the size of him? ?
His clothes just don't fit, they all seem so small.
I just can't believe how he's growing so tall.
Where's he gone now, mom?
Has he come home from school?
He's no longer with us - you silly old fool!
He's got him a woman, this nest he has flown.
He's happily married - with kids of his own...
The phone is so quiet now, - time goes so slow.
Where's he gone now, mom?
I really don't know.....
