The hanging taper dances like a girl
To soft melodic fast and vibrant music;
Trembles with bobbing head
And billows breeze-kissed arches
Of delicate thread:
Lips that swoon for more
With nervous naked quiver;
Licking air like curl-tongued curtains of smoke.
