Once there was a time
When I felt like,
I had all the happiness of life
That my dreams would come true
That someone I love would stay
Forever and ever with me,
And I would be the queen of tomorrow.
But I never knew the one fact about life
That when time changes,
Everything in life changes.
Weather changes, people change,
The lines and connections between two hearts changes
Love changes to hate
And hate changes to love
Even the relationships between close ones changes,
And this is what gives pain
To hearts and minds
And there is nothing you can do about it
Except to suffer and resist
The pain of changes.
