Stared at you
with innocence of doe
the oceanic
serenity of eyes
reveal the depth.
Look deep in me
Mistake
not those glances
the fiery glow
of a lioness’ roar
Yes slow and slow
I emptied your cup
of misery and woe.
Sans those earthly rituals
My love stamped your cells
From head to toe.
My sunlight of knowledge
And my moonlight of love
Transformed the mud of
Ignorance and
opened the petals of your
lotus mind
Now slow and slow
you captured my heart
for I don’t even know
where and when
and how it happened,
you took over my self
and separation
even for a time being
seems like deadly blow.
Come now
Hearken!
to my heartbeats
for there shall neither
be a separation
nor a waiting on
death row
but my shower of love snow
on your dreary desert of woe
