Emotions are seeds of the heart
They’re roots planted deep within your soul.
Welling up when you least expect them
Bringing emotions sometimes
Hard for one to control.
Like anger and tears of sadness or joy
Like depression which can lead to suicide.
Whatever the moment’s emotion felt
Some are better off left deep inside.
