I'm chained up, without fault
Hair all over the place
Stained clothes worn
Eyes droopy
My sandals all torn
Back bones crippled
Shoulders slouched
Nowhere to sit on
No more a couch
My vision all blurred
Overlooked to the world
Hung to the rope
Beneath this scaffold so old
My speech unspoken
My words all slurred
They cry me out
Lay me on the metal bars
No swards now just definite scars
These incisions so cold
These walls so devious
Endless fights too tired now
So colorless I’m so retired now
I’ Gave up this war a long time ago
My tongue snapped
I’m no more in the
Cradle of hope
No more a slave
Just a chained object
It’s all over
All over
For this skilled radiant beauty.
